WE ALL HATE DUTIES AND TAXES.
Due to the nature of drop shipping (which we are super transparent and open about, its not a secret!) some orders are subject to duties and taxes. I know, its super lame and I wish there was something we could do to prevent this. The customer will be responsible for the duties and taxes added to items.

Refunds and exchanges
as much as we would absolutely love to refund or offer an exchange for your merchandise, we just cant do it at this time.
If your order comes damaged, misprinted, torn, or doesn't show up within three weeks, please email us at nativelovenotes@gmail.com and we will gladly have it reissued for you!

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
if it looks like your parcel isn't moving in the tracking information you were emailed, we recommend taking your tracking information, and copy and paste it to track it on the Canada Post website, USPS, UPS, DHL, or FEDEX websites. We recommend this because sometimes the tracking emails don't update as fast as courier websites do!
Just a heads up-most merchandise printing takes 2-3 weeks to arrive.
